I had a friend buy a new house. The day after taking charge of the keys they were broken into and all the copper wire removed was removed and has to be replaced. Old house attic access except 2 new rooms so far 5 205ft rolls of romex charging 15 dollars an hour but taking me a long time really hard walls old wood slats under sheetrock so far they have paid me around 1500 dollars.

If you are a contractor or a handyman, how much would this job cost in your area?

Low Price: $3000

Consensus Price: $3000

High Price: $4000

We had an approximately 600 sqft 1br 1bath unit of a quadplex broken into and the electrical wiring ripped out of the walls. How much would it cost to have the entire unit rewired?

Yes, a master electrician had to get the permit and he did the box work. I`m just roughing the romex through the walls uh the sxxt work I think it`s called…haha

  2. The best possible solution would be to hire an Electrical contractor, and get 3 estimates. This will not be legal work for an unlicensed handyman.
