Gutter Guard after installation
How much should I pay a Handyman to install leaf guard on my gutters?
This picture shows gutter guard installed on an aluminum seamless gutter. The leaf guard used is made of aluminum and comes in 20' rolls (~$5 each). After cleaning leaves out of the gutters the guard is installed. In this case, the guard is pushed up under the bottom course of shingles and is then attached to the front of the gutter with sheet metal screws.
Low estimate for materials and labor to install (including time to clean leaves from gutters):
- 6 Rolls of Gutter guard
- Sheet metal screws
- Labor 2.5 hours to do 120' of gutter
High estimate for materials and labor (including cleaning of gutter):
- 10 Rolls of Gutter guard
- Sheet metal screws
- Labor 4 hours to do 200' of gutter
If you are a contractor or a handyman, how much would this job cost in your area?
Low Price: $250
Consensus Price: $295
High Price: $350

I have a one story house with 106 feet of gutter. Needs cleaning and Guard installment I have had an estimate from a Handyman Service for $206.00 material and labor. I was wondering if this was a fair price.
Updated:
Yes, $206 seems like a fair price.
Need gutters guard
Low end material would be $80. Taxes on income, .17%. Gas and 3 to 4 hours time. You would make a 40-50 profit. That does not sound like something any professional worker would want to do
*politely* Every penny counts..you have a guy you can give $100 to do it..
Guys, this is way way off the mark!!!! The national average is $8 per foot for labor.
