Dry Rot Repairs Under a Kitchen Sink
Pest report showed dry rot under the kitchen sink. The plumbing had been leaking and the wood was badly damaged. After clearing out the old wood, a structure is added to support the cabinet bottom.
Adding exterior/wet grade plywood followed by a prime and paint coat creates a lasting surface.
